The Bozeman Law Firm, LLP is a full-service law office with five attorneys that specialize in a range of practices which include Business, Not-For-Profit, and Religious Corporation and Real Estate Law.  The Business and Not-for-Profit/Religious practice areas provides advice and representation to clients with respect to major transactions, including acquisitions, affiliations, mergers and consolidations.  Other legal services include corporate organization and development, transactional documentation, drafting and review of contracts as well as business, commercial and residential real estate negotiations.  The Firm also provides representation regarding Federal and State income and payroll tax compliance, and tax-exempt status for not-for-profit and religious organizations.

The Bozeman Law Firm, LLP has significant depth and experience handling the legal affairs of commercial businesses and not-for-profit entities.  We have served as general counsel for multimillion dollar social service agencies in the Metropolitan New York area and Westchester County.  In addition, the Firm serves as legal counsel to the Empire Baptist Missionary Convention, the First Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ and many member Churches of the American Baptist Convention, New York Metropolitan Region.

A team of attorneys and experienced paralegal staff support the Real Estate practice, which includes the representation of commercial and residential owners, buyers and sellers in the five Boroughs of New York City and Westchester and Rockland counties.  In addition, the Firm represents a number of institutional clients including The Bank of New York, Washington Mutual Bank, KeyBank, Bank of America, City National Bank and  IndyMac Bank. The Yonkers Fair Housing Implementation Office has utilized the Firm for over five years with their buyers of subsidized housing in the City of Yonkers.
