Nonimmigrant visas are for international travelers, coming to the U.S. temporarily. Immigrant Visas

The Immigration and Nationality Act allows foreign citizens to immigrate to the U.S. and obtain their green card based on their family relationship to a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Approximately 500,000 family-based immigrant visas are available each year. We assist clients in the process of applying for green cards.

There are five classifications for family-based immigrations:

• Spouse and children under 21 years of age of a U.S. citizens

• Unmarried children of U.S. citizens

• Spouse and children under 21, and unmarried children of permanent U.S. residents
