FROM
QUEENS/BROOKLYN: Whitestone Bridge stay in middle or
left lane and follow signs of Hutchinson River Parkway.
Hutchinson River Parkway (North) to Exist 12 (Lincoln Avenue)
Make a left at the stop sign and another left at the light to
Lincoln Avenue. Stay on Lincoln Avenue for approximately 2 miles
to Gramatan Avenue. Make a left onto Gramatan Avenue and
continue approx 4 traffic light to Six Gramatan Ave (on your
right).
FROM BRONX/MANHATTAN/NEW
JERSEY: Major Deegan (North) (aka NY Thruway or 87) to
Cross County Parkway (Exit 4). On entrance ramp to Cross Couny
Parkway, bear right (DO NOT get onto the Hutchinson River
Parkway) and get off at Exit 7 (Broad St/ Gramatan Ave.)
Continue straight through 2 traffic light to stop sign. At stop
sign, make a right onto Gramatan Ave and continue approx 6
traffic light to Six Gramatan on your right.
OR Bronx River Parkway
(North) to Oak Street exit (first exit in Westchester). Make a
right on Oak Street and stay on Oak St. until it ends (Lincoln
Ave). Make a right onto Lincoln Avenue to first traffic light (Stevena
Ave) make a left onto Stevens Ave. to Gramatan Ave. Building on
the left.
FROM UPPER(WESTERN)
EASTCHESTER/ROCKLAND: Bronx River Parkway or Sprin
(south) to Cross County Parkway East (Mount Vernon Exit). Exit
immediately (Exit 7-Broad Street/Gramatan Ave) Continue Straight
2 traffic lights. At Stop sign, make a right onto Gramatan
Avenue and continue approx 6 traffic light to Six Gramatan on
the right
FROM UPPER (EASTERN)
WESTCHESTER COUNTY/CONNECTICUT: Hutchinson River
Parkway (south) to exit 12 (East Lincoln Ave) Bear right to
traffic light. At traffic light, make a left onto Lincoln
Avenue. Continue on Lincoln Ave approx 2 miles to Gramatan
Avenue. Make a left onto Gramatan and continue approx 4 traffic
lights to Six Gramatan on the right.
BY SUBWAY: Take
No.#2 to E. 241st Street (last stop) or No#5 to E. 180th Street
and change to No#2 to E. 241st Street. When you get off the
train, walk to the bus stop and take No#42 bus. When the bus
turns onto Fifth Ave. get off and walk to First Street and make
a right turn. Walk one block to Gramatan Ave and turn left at
the corner.
METRO: Take
Metro Nort-East to the Mount Vernon stop. Walk through the
parking lot, turn left onto First Street, walk to the corner of
Fourth Ave and Gramantan and turn right.
PARKING: There
is limited metered parking. Municipal parking is available one
block west of our office (behind the Bank of New York). Going
south pass Six Gramatan Avenue and the Bank of New York: make a
right at the corner and another right at the light. The Stevens
Avenue entrance to the Municipal lot will be on your left. |
